THE WISEMAN™ Bourbon from Kentucky Owl® is a Kentucky Straight bourbon created by our Master Blender John Rhea, a 40 year industry veteran. It is a blend of 4 Kentucky Straight Bourbons chosen for their unique profiles and structure, ranging from 4 to 8 1/2  years old.

TASTING NOTES

AROMA

Floral notes of green apple candies, cinnamon stick, buttered popcorn and sage

TASTE

Rich vanilla, stone fruit, and black pepper. Finishing with a subtle sweetness and toasted oak.

Wiseman Kentucky Straight Rye

The Wiseman Kentucky Straight Rye is a traditional Rye whiskey made with a mash bill of 95% Rye.

AROMA

Rich and spicy nose, hints of rye bread, sweet caramel and cinnamon.

TASTE

A spicy character that fills the mouth with rich rye flavor. A long finish starts out as fresh rye bread, slowly moving towards buttered cinnamon toast, ending with a hint of walnut.
