Stoli® celebrates World Pride 2019 in NYC

Pride Month officially wraps up this weekend with the World Pride Parade in New York. It takes on special significance this year, as attendees mark the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall uprising. For its part, Stoli has supported the LGBTQ community since the 90s through events and advertising, and has supported a number of different programs, including the Stoli Key West Cocktail Classic, which brings together LGBTQ bartenders during Key West Pride each year to raise money for charity.

Earlier this year, Stoli launched the “Spirit of Stonewall” Limited Edition bottle, the sales of which will help raise funds for the Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative, which works to promote understanding and dialogue through awareness campaigns, educational programming and fundraising.

The Variety article, titled “How Hollywood Is Celebrating Pride Month,” includes Lance Bass’ partnership with Stoli with quotes from his interview about brands showing their support for the LGBTQ community. The article also features an image of the “Spirit of Stonewall” bottle. The SF Gate picked up the Variety article and shared on their site as well.

Beverage Media Group also mentions Stoli’s “Spirit of Stonewall” bottle in their latest vodka trends article, titled “As the Vodka Sea Churns.” The piece mentions how vodka brands have embraced the LGBTQ community more so than other spirits and includes the limited-edition bottle as an example.
