Your extended commercial knowledge, ability to influence stakeholders and lead sales teams will be key to your success in this role.

Experience & Skills: 

  • 7+ years sales experience in a leading CPG company on a regional level preferably within the beverage industry, with spirits experience a plus
  • Experience in using VIP or like depletion data reporting
  • Strong pricing experience required
  • Experience leading direct reports
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong P&L and budget management experience
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate, influence and work effectively across functional groups and departments
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Creative thinking and agility in creating solutions

Responsibilities

  • Build effective long-term relations with strategic customer and distributor/broker partners to drive financial impact and deliver objectives from customer and consumer programs
  • Lead third-party distributor sales teams by creating a common understanding of the goals, objectives, timelines, deliverables and expected level of team performance, celebrating the team’s achievements
  • Building on Stoli Family culture, you will collaborate cross-functionally across the Stoli Group organisation for support on sales efforts
  • With the Founder’s mentality, analyze business trends (e.g. share gaps, category trends, channel performance) and available data to identify opportunities for Stoli Group revenue growth
  • With the Founder’s mentality and entrepreneurial spirit, you have the ownership and accountability of your regional P&L, setting appropriate budgets based on potential return on investments, finding the most cost-effective methods to achieve maximum performance and profitability
  • Analyse the region’s performance and forecasting (NSV, gross margin, ROI, brand spend, profitability) utilizing an expert understanding of profit/loss drivers and value chain economics to drive strategic business discussions and decisions
  • Lead, develop and deliver the regional commercial plans and forecasts that address short- and long-term business goals, challenges and opportunities through sales programs and pricing strategies that are aligned to the Stoli Group Mission & Vision
  • Ensure commercial plans are aligned to distributor strategic goals and translate specific revenue and KPI performance objectives into states and markets to drive results
