Your personal responsibility will cover the following areas:

1. Value Creation

  • Building a world class organisation capable of delivering exceptional results
  • Develop a supply network of best-in-class partners across our indirect and direct supply partner
  • Leverage market intelligence to establish standards and remove waste from our value chains
  • Building our Procure 2 Pay processes and ensuring fit for future use
  • Owning our Design for X (DFX) program aimed at standardised platforms, sustainability and best in class cost & cash standards

2. Sustainability

  • Ensure we deliver against our sustainability commitments
  • Influence across our organisation to ensure sustainability is central in our product design process

3. Project manage product introductions including new to market and product refreshes


  • Acts as a role model of Stoli Group’s values, culture and mindset
  • Lead our operational sustainability drive through partnering with the right suppliers and ensuring we become carbon neutral by 2025
  • Select and develop strategic partners capable of meeting our COGS and sustainability objectives
  • Represent the Operations discipline in our New Product Launch Process ensuring effective execution in line with our quality, delivery, cost and cash objectives
  • Drive our footprint strategy enabling consumer speed and best in class quality and cost
  • Project Manage New Product Launches
  • Build should cost models for all existing and new product introductions

Relevant working experience of 5 years or more



  • Excellent command of English
  • Define global data management standards, cleanse all data & optimise
  • Enhance systemization/automation/AI across the business to drive greater efficiency & lower costs
  • Develop & implement Service Level Agreements & KPIs across the business to ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded
  • Develop & implement continuous improvement methodology into ways of working to constantly improve efficiency & lower costs
  • Support Global Controller & BPM Director for financial & management accounting requirements
  • Develop industry leading customer service & credit function ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction & OTIF cash collections
  • Establish Business Services Team organization design & build into a high performing team unit
